Those guys are out to lunch with their drive-by smear of Elcan products. They are referencing very early problems with shifting zero in the mount of the Elcan Spectre DS. Those relatively minor problems were resolved years ago and the Elcan Spectre DS 1/4x and 1.5/6x have both gone on to stellar service with UD SOCOM units as part of the SOPMOD 2 package.
