So, Simunition isn't real ammunition, but I can not purchase it.
Simunition doesn't fire over 500fps so it's not classified as ammunition under the criminal code or firearms act, so what is the legal standing of Simunition in Canada?
An ETF group uses the facilities where I work for training purposes. Someone stumbled across some Simunition that was left behind. When I spoke with a Sgt he suggest that I just toss it in the garbage to dispose of it because "it's not real ammunition".
What's you're take on this. Was I correct in requesting that the police come by to remove/dispose of the Simunition?
