I recently took some time to really evaluate what didn't really work for me with my Beretta and Benelli's all in camo. Turns out my drop on the Beretta was still a little high, so I installed the lowest shim and presto....a great view along the length of the rib instead of looking down on the rib. Next I found that the camo finish was distracting my eye from the red fiber optic bead at the end of the barrel. Simple fix there too....off to Home Hardware and picked up a can of camo flat black spray paint. I taped off the top of the rib very well and the red fiber optic then cleaned the top of the rib with alcohol. Let dry and then carefully spray painted the rib flat black over the camo finish. WOW what a difference in clear target sight picture vs the factory camo. Not stopping there...all my camo shotguns got the same treatment. I ordered the Briley extended bolt release for my Extrema 2 and installed carefully with the new set of punches from Amazon. This also makes a HUGE difference in reload speed and comfort. Highly recommended after market on some guns add on. I hope this helps at least a few smoke a couple more birds next season.
