Simpson & Co Suhl bayonet question

I have a/n bayonet that came with a Siamese Mauser. Would a rifle that was manufactured in Japan for Siam (Thailand) have a German manufactured bayonet? It fits the rifle just fine. Although the rifle looks like a 98 Mauser, apparently the measurements aren't the same.

there was more than one length Siamese bayonet. although both length, that I've seen , had Siamese script on them.
Collectors Source has some on there website ,that you can compare to the one you have.

All Siamese Arisakas I saw with bayo had Siamese characters on bayo.
