Well, did anyone make it? There were a ton of great firearms, milsurp and sporting. Did anyone write down the prices realized? Please share your purchase and or prices for the stuff.

Cheers,

Ian

No one went or bought something???? You must have received notification by now if you put in an absentee bid...

I'll start,

I have a beautiful "As New" finnish M39, a real minty (with rails and rear notch) SVT40 Sniper (no scope or mount), and an excellent condition real colt Ace .22lr 1911 conversion kit in the original box coming...

Pictures to follow

Yeah I went saw someone pay 2700 plus 10% buyers premium and the HST on a BD44 that is in stock at Marstar for $2700 no premium. Thought the P38 went for a reasonably good price. Overall thought prices were high and there were too many people there too stay to the end.

I went as well. Crazy prices and crazy amount of people. Stayed until the firearms ended then left. There was some good deals I though on the 2 22 enfields were good. That belgian coversion no7 im still kicking myself for not bidding on it..

I was going to bid on the m39 but decided against it. What did you end up paying for it? It looked fantastic in the pic.

I think it was $525 before the other crap costs were added. Maybe a bit high, but if it is as minty as they said, it was probably worth it. I really wanted the VZ52/57 but someone else Really wanted it!

The total of the added extra prices with buyer's premium and taxes actually equal 24.3% not 23% as the buyer's premium is added to the total and then the taxes are on top of that subtotal. Sucks even more!

As mentioned prices were just silly for some guns, people paying retail or above in many cases. Picked up the Canadian 1918 Webley Mark VI in .455 for a friend but paid fair market value given its almost mint condition. Not a deal but a fair purchase. Didn't get any of the guns I was bidding on but I was't willing to pay the final price. Got some ammo and reloading supplies at about 50-70% below retail but some people were paying above retail for ammo as well.

Allot of the SMLE'S, Mausers and other milsurp stuff looked interesting but got bumped up fast. It was kind of annoying how they jumped all over the place in the catalogue and waited till the very end to even begin militaria. What time did it end?
