... I lost interest ( and the need to buy others)in all others AR-15 except my DD MK18 ( this one is a keeper du to the huge fun factor)... This rifle is just on top of the AR game.... I know i dont have much experience in the AR world but at the club, i have the chance of trying many makes and sorry for anyone else but Knight armement is so far ahead... Buying my KAC was the best move i made... Like they say... Cry once... JP.

I've been on the fence about buying a KAC, currently have a DDv5 and love it. What makes a KAC so great ? I'm asking you to convince me into buying one.

For me the biggest reality check with the KAC was the incredible accuracy of this rifle even with cheap Barnaul 62 gr ammo, that was a wake up call, i dont have to spend much on quality ammo and still have a dead on accurate rifle... For me that tell a lot... JP.

For me the MAIN criteria of the quality of a rifle, is the accuracy, all the rest cosmetic, size, upgrades, are not a deciding factors since they are irrelevant if top accuracy is not there... In my book that is... JP.

This rifle is just so easy to shoot... It does explain a bit why the price is high... Guess, it is on par with results... JP.

It is useless to resist. Several members have already posted groups. They are great shooters.

I have an honest question, since i did not read nothing on those rifles... Are they a copy of an American Colt rifle or they are totally different, is there a huge advantage buying a Canadian model or will you get the same performance from a U.S model... JP.

Either way, YOU will get sub MOA performance.

Knights is one of the top tier manufactures but they are not alone up there.

Which one are in top tier, my knowledge of the AR-15 (223) rifle is pretty recent, there is always place in my herd for quality stuff, i am more aware of the top shelve AR-10 308... JP.

KAC is nice I'm sure. But, it makes little sense to sell a DDv5 to get a SR15. It makes more sense to shoot 100,000 rounds thru the DDv5 first.

I would never sell the DD, it's like a family member. It's been tuned and upgraded in every way to the point where if I wanted to replicate it I would spend years to source all the parts etc. But one can never have too many guns. Looking into a DD 300 BLK SBR.

I have to agree, i could never sell my MK18, such a sweet rifle... JP.

We could add Les Baer to those names... Thanks for the infos, i will do some reading on those makes... I would be nice to add one of those to my herd in a near future... JP.

I was going to include the Les Baer, but I knew you already knew that.
If I already had a KAC, I guess my next choice would be a LaRue if I could source one.
Alas I am stuck with a PWS for some time to come.
