What are your opinion on that tool ?
Is there something better at measuring case and complete rounds runout ?

I have one and find it a very useful tool. Very easy to use. I have only used the Sinclair so can't compare it to anything else.
 
I have used the Sinclair tool for years, and I agree its very good. Also recently got one of "21st Century Shooting" s concentricity gauges, and really enjoy it as well. Among other differences, I find rounds roll a little easier on it......Its a bit more like a NECO......
 
I have the Sinclair gauge, it's well built and worth the money. Be advised that any concentricity gauge is going to drive you bat $hit crazy sorting EVERYTHING. At the end of the day you'll have all sorts of different piles of brass, bullets, and loaded ammo! Sometimes I wonder if it's really worth all the extra time but what the hell...
 
I don't have the sinclair gauge, I bought the forster product. Having being initially skeptical, I have found it helps. For example, checking brass before you resize for concentricity and then after to see if you expander ball is centered. Im getting .001 thou or less now with my 308 reloads after many firings. It will make you a better handloader in the end

After fired rounds will give a variation of .001.
After resizing variation may run as high as .004.
Just have to take the time to see where and why the change occurs.
Great instrument if you want to add some doubt to the mind.
 
I have one as well and really like it as well. It is nice to see rounds loaded with .001" or sometimes less. I started using it when loading precision rounds for my PPC's, once I had it I started checking hunting loads for other rifles. I amazed me how "out" some handloads are using traditional dies.
