Sinclair F-Class bipod

There will be pics of the team on various sites so I will not speak for them. I know they have the freedom to use whatever they want. I do not believe they have used the Sinclair for a couple of seasons now.

I really like the feel and tracking of the Star Shooter bipod but I have only shot a half a dozen rounds off it so far. But I do like have the adjustment knob.

Jerry, you shot with me at the us nationals and I used the Gear Box from Xtreme Gun Shooting Center and you know it has a knob to adjust elevation which worked perfectly and did not go out of adjustment. Not sure what you are talking about.!!! Bipod was excellent and I could adjust without breaking cheek weld!! And as I suspected your comment earlier about the removable rod possibly being included in weight was confirmed as incorrect by range officials. It is not included unless left attached when fired.

Back from the US Nationals. compared to last year, almost no Sinclairs visible. Weren't many Sebs either... which was surprising.

Team Sinclair doesn't shoot this bipod.

Fielded a bunch of questions on the MPOD. Very positive feedback from good US shooters who are trying and converting to the MPOD.

I have had the pleasure of shooting a few rds with the Star Shooter and it did work nicely.

Bipods continue to be a huge area of testing and development for peak FTR performance. Where it all ends up, no idea but I am sensing a trend from some shooters back to simple, basic and solid.

Number 1 concern... weight
Then stability and tracking

A very distant last, lots of knobs and ways to adjust and tweak the bipod for set up. Many are finding, the more ways to adjust, the more ways the bipod will go OUT of adjustment during a relay.

YMMV.
