I have some tube for my muzzle loader ( water jet nozzle tubes ) but would like to get more for testing rifle loads etc. Has anyone found these someplace? Michaels craft store did not have anything.

I had a friend give me several dozen small containers from his wife's medication. They are similar to 35 mm film canisters if you are old enough to remember those. Lids are snap off/on and are attached to the body with a plastic tether.
I use them for pre-weighed charges when testing loads for ML at the range.

Check weed shops or bong stores, they seem to have various sizes bottles with caps that would work. I ended up buying plastic capsules for a centrifuge machine to store pre measured charges for 357mag.

I use coin envelopes. They are a little smaller than 2x4, with a flap on one end.

When doing load development, I throw charges into them, usually 5 of each charge and write the charge on them, and stand them up in a box. I do not seal the flap. I write the charge on the envelope. Next time, i stroke out the old charge and write a new one.

For field work I seal the flap and carry envelopes in my pocket.
