Hi-
Long time no speeak fellas, winters here, the deer are calling.........an im chasen em.
anyway

thinkin about using my lever gun more as a backup to my bow hunting lol. its incase they keep poppin up the next funnel over 60m away +...........

but im tihinking of lashing out on some SP projectiles in .375, to load and shoot in my Model 94.

i am thinking One in the magazine, and one up the Spout, hammer down. good to roll!

Anyone else done this ?

particularly anyone done so with 375 Winchester "big bore" ?

.375 projeis are expensive now , so il buy some SP of some description an report back

Good day mate.. hope it's nice down under.
I've tried longer bullets, Spitzer style and s.p.

Spin twist of the barrel is the issue, and lack of powder room is the other.
Have a pile a cast bullets ready, 4 when I run out of the promo

Howdy, an noo, its bloody Wet as!!! alot of rain this week, bit more coming too...... good lever gunning pondering weather

Yeah true ay, so lighter 375 should work, 235 gr i did see! il try this as i use 255gr hard Cast now... speaking of which , i hollowed out the nose of a few an re seated them in to compare differences there.. im hoping for a bit of expansion or more sign of it etc

Cheers!

im possibly lookin at Woodleigh for a run! this little 235gr .375 seems adequate... short , pointy but not sharp.. about $65 per 50 if in stock / when.

this bullet has a cannelure which is of most importance with Big Bore
