Single Shot 45/70?

I sprung for the H&H Buffalo Classic a few years back and have been VERY impressed. No issues whatsoever, can be scoped easily (factory drilled & tapped already) if you want and comes with nice peep sight & front tunnel sight. Butt stock could be a little longer IMO but the case hardened receiver finish is a nice touch. You wouldn't be disappointed. Lot's of fun!

I've owned and shot excellent examples of the M-H and Snider rifles. Compared to my Shiloh Sharps rifles, they were crap, difficult and more expensive to load for and not in the same league as a Sharps for any application.
The one Nepalese Snider I had was strictly a wall hanger, sub-standard materials and workmanship.

Personally I think they are a beautiful looking gun - no crap hanging off the side or hammers to snag on!
