I tried PWNolan, I tried Prophet River .... I should have asked Wolverine when I ordered the rifle from them! I'll check with them.

I made one from a small block of white nylon (maybe Delrin?)

To be clear, all I made was an insert that goes in a stock OEM magazine, the same as a bullet. The top is sloped slightly, and concave so the loaded round slides along it and is guided into the chamber.
The nylon follower gets pushed down into the magazine as the bolt closes, and pops back up when the bolt is opened, ready for the next round.

You still have to push the round into the chamber with the tip of your finger, but at least it lies where it's supposed to.

Thanks Sillymike. I just ordered one per your suggestion. To try. Came to $22.00 shipped. Originals are 17-20 US$ at CZ USA and Midway.

I already have an original CZ adapter and was looking around my place for a 3D print shop to copy my original. I'll get more if this 3D printed adapter works as advertised. I love single shot rifles and believe every CZ shooter should have one adapter for each of his rifles.

I've had mine for a little over a year. Other than some mild fraying around the base, it's been good.

I wouldn't mind one of the orignal BRNO single shot adapter... but they're getting scarce and $$
