Pedersoli makes a "baby rolling block" in 45 colt. Not a break action though.

H&R made the "survivor" in 45 lc/410, not sure how well they shoot with the long chamber though

Prophet River had some CVA Scouts(?) in a variety of calibers. Maybe worth a look.

Got H&R Survivor .45LC/.410SG really like it shoots not too bad. Has to be a used find now since H&R went belly up in 2015.
