Single stage loaders -how many rounds a year?

Just wondering how many rounds a year do single stage press owners load a year?

btw I have been reloading for just over a year and a half and made about 6,800 rounds. I guess that's close to 5000 rounds a year

I don't keep track. So I guessed somewhere over 7500..

I was going to say up to 2500, but then I realized I've already loaded 3000 this year, and it's only June.

it depends on what I am doing it for.
I have four rifle calibers I do on the single stage ( my hunting and precision rounds) and I do two pistol calibers on the progressive.
Prior to having a progressive I did everything on the single stage. But these days I dont have much time to be wasted sitting there on the single stage, so I prefer to get most of my reloading done on the progressive.

I doubt if I will do more than a few hundred a yea If I even do that many.

Now I'm starting on my .38 Specials... Here comes another 1000 easily .

if your going to be shooting the .40 very much.... I would suggest something else. I can do 1000 rounds in three hours!

+1, handgun ammo is done with a progressive.

I use a single stage on rifle rounds.

For pistol a turret press serves me well.
