Any of you cats have a Garand cheek rest? It would be darn swell if someone could trace the pattern on a piece of paper so's I can make a left ways one for us sinister shooting types. Ain't nobody cares 'bout us, we're gonna hafta take matters into our own hands.
 
Just a thought - the issue cheek pad was intended to shift the face to the side, so using the offset scope would be easier. If you want to raise your comb, there are stick on pads at Brownells.
 
Bittermansbro is dangerously close to being put on my Christmas cake list. Thanks for the link! I ordered one for kicks, us lefties should jump on this stuff and support what tiny market there is... look what almost happened to Flander's Leftorium. Hafta see how it works. I was going to use the outer shape as a template fer a home cobbled one and put the pad where it fits best, prolly putting it on a #4 with a CAD mount- I get nose bleeds from the height of that thing.

How did the cheek piece work for you. I just ordered a lefty off Amazon?
