Sitka gear

Have you tried the new Teton line from them? I have been eyeballing the shoftshell but I'm not sure if I should just go with something better known.

Just tried some base layers from Kuiu teton on an 8 day hunt in Northern BC... I have to say I was less than impressed, the zip-T started pilling by day 4 and by the end it was bad enough for me to send it back as soon as I got home. To Kuiu's credit their customer service is pretty good though. They are sending me replacement stuff from the Peloton line which is an upgrade so I'm happy although I have never had such issues with Sitka. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the info, I was leaning more toward the 210 Merino shirt with the jacket as a layer when the wind kicks up a bit or there is a light rain. Might be worth it to look at the Guide jacket though... decisions decisions.

I like a wearing them over flannel shirt for Comfort
Working in Northern Alberta in winter I would never go with out my West Coast tuxedo
It use to make it easy to figure out who was from the West Coast but now the east coast guy are booger that up lol

I'm just teasing you east coast guys I have a lot of friends in the oil patch from the east coast they all talk a little fun but I'm getting use to it lol
