Size of 410 sizing die

Well just have to make the decapper and the crimp finisher. The crimp starter from my MEC seems to work just fine

looks like the survival loader https://www.thexringusa.com/product-page/survival-loader-for-410-ga
I have one if you need measurements

I assume you have tried it and it works well. I have the Mec resizer for 410 and 12. Stick the shell in the hole , push the lever and a collet squeezes the case head. I stumbled on a Mec 410 loader for $75. So my hillbilly loader got retired. Wooden block, a dowel with a nail on one end for depriming and a dowel for wad seating and crimping.
Your using the same idea as used on Lee load all. Should work well.

Well, all I need now is a base for decaping. Then make one for 3 " shells. Crimper seems to work OK, should have left the 4 pellets in. Crimp would have worked better

Nice and light, all aluminum except decapping pin which is a piece of stainless press fit into the aluminum shaft

The base I made for decapping was drilled out of a block of hardwood. Fostner bit slightly bigger than the rim and a hole drilled down through the center larger than the primer. You probably want yours made out of metal probably similar to what Lee sells for knocking out primers in military 223 and 308. When I first started loading 577 snider I copied the Lee decapper but on a larger scale. I eventually bought Lee snider dies.
