yes it is, by the way i reccomend spending the money and getting the factory crimp die, if you try and seat as well as crimp in the same funtion you will likley crush the neck on quite a few cases
 
The Lee powder thru expander die does a poor job of expanding(flaring) the neck, probably needed even with jacketed bullets-bullets go crooked and bulge one side of neck. The lyman M-die(the one for 32acp will work) opens neck straight to exact friction fit with good, uniform flare so bullets seat straight. Then careful mild crimping shouldn't be a problem(mild because few bullets have a cannelure or crimp groove).
