Sizing brass for a tight chamber

Paul, I had the same challenge with an Interarms 7 Mag I got a while back.

I tried rotating the already once fired cases in the die as well. No worky.
Ended up using brand new brass but now that you have posted this and all the folks have added their fixes for the issue I bet I know just what to do!
