SJ hardware not answering emails or phone calls

Simon is a stand up guy and I have never had problems.

He is very busy right now and does have some health issues so I wouldnt be too worried about getting scammed or anything

I had problems with them long before covid.

I've had a bad experience too. Made an order and one item was forgotten ($60 value) They didn't respond to my email with a photo of packaging, private message and I couldnt get through by phone. this was last year.

No problems with S&J, great store, great products. Simon is a good guy, always makes things right.

I have placed orders and they were shipped out the next day or two and a general inquire answered immediately.
I have also have been completely ignored and had to cancel my order after a month and a half.

I wont be using this dealer
