SJ Hardware Remington 870 bayo mounts , NEW PICS 2ND MAG CLAMP ADDED!!!

Simon,

Wasn't trying to say that the mount isn't well made. It certainly looks good and beefy. The problem is that without the extra support of a second clamp at the muzzle you'll bend the mag tube (not the mount) if you apply any kind of twisting force (read: leverage). Adding a second clamp significantly increases the costs of this particular novelty. The original military design avoided all of this by acting as one big giant mag clamp for the first two inches or so of the muzzle end, why not do it that way and avoid all of the hassle?

The CF bayonet is not very strong in the first place, am sure you would break the bayonet way before you would ever bend that mag tube. Plus you poke people with bayonets not lift then over your head and shake them lol

Well that was easy:)

Glad to hear you are getting things shipped out soon:dancingbanana:

I'm looking forward to receiveing the shotgun that I pre-paid for two weeks ago.....actually it would be nice if you just sent me a PM with the transfer reference number and the tracking number.

Stupid questions:
-Do they fit all new model 870's
-What bayonets will they take
-Is there a store I can call to place an order?
they will for any 870 with a factory mag extention, i have had soem custom ones made and am going to work out pricing on it really soon.
pm send with contact info.
