I have a Remington 1100 Classic Trap 2 3/4 with 30" Target Contour Barrel. I wanted to shoot skeet, so i purchased a used 26" Skeet Barrel for this gun. When i tried the skeet barrel on, it was little tight fit. But it fit the end. However when i put the fore-end it did not close.
After doing a research i realized that these models only take Light Contour Barrels which are not made any more. I contacted, Remington dealer in Canada for a new Barrel and they said these are not made anymore, only other option i have is to find a used Light Contour Barrel. I have been in search for these for past few days but now luck.
Did any other member encounter this issue? Any suggestions to help me out of this would be appreciated!
