Skeleton stock

Pros:

-Longer LOP
-California Legal

Cons:

-Cheap cheek pad
-only fits right handed shooters
-same really small PG as factory PG
-non Adjustable LOP

Overall I didn't like it. YPMMV.

Tried it, did not buy it.

LOP is very long. I notice a lot of people here set their adjustable stocks long, so that might not bother everyone. But I keep mine very tight - if I am wearing a t-shirt I'll run it two notches out but as soon as I put on a jacket I collapse it all the way. I am about 6'2" with long arms, but I run my guns tight, so this stock would not work for me at all.

Also I have hands that wrap 2x around most small cars so the grip, as mentioned, seems way too small to me.
 
You need to try one to see if it fits you.
I'm 6 ft and have no problem with the length of pull with either a T-shirt or light jacket.
Heavy jacket fit will be tested this winter.
Grip fits me fine but then I have medium sized hands. Can see why people with larger hands might not like it.
Cheek pad fits me perfectly and positions my eyes directly behind the sights. I use to have to re-position my cheek weld using CZ factory stocks until alignment with sights occured.

Note - it took me 2-3 range sessions to get use to the feel. Did not like it at first but decided to put my initial dislike aside and give it a proper evaluation. Now that I'm use to it I have a difficult time going back to a factory stock.

I'm the exact same way I run my AR fully collapsed with the ACS and one notch out with most other stocks, the VZ with AR stock adapter is fully collapsed and shorter then the factory setup. I'm also 6'2". :D

Yeah, I find that fully collapsed is generally the way to go...the only reason I don't run it that way all the time is that I don't want to mess with my grip when my clothes add bulk.

I guess I can also say that running a "thumbs forward" Magpul-style modern grip on the left, and squaring off to the target, my arms are long enough that unless I open the stock up a little bit, I actually have to bend my left elbow to not be grabbing the barrel.

Although after checking a few minutes ago I did just realize that what I always thought was "two notches out" is actually just one notch out...duh...
 
I really like the way it looks, but am torn between the adjustable stock (which i already have and love on a few guns) and the skeleton

does the cheekweld work with the factory open sights or a higher optic?
