Not sure about Canadian distributors but I've bought several sets (and custom ones) from Skinner directly. He's great!

There are no Canadian distributors as pazzo said order directly from Skinner in the US. I've done it myself no problems with customs and it arrived quickly

Nice. The "custom" set I ordered was for my Ithaca 72 Saddlegun in .22LR. It has a dovetail (can’t remember size) that none of the Skinner Henry sights would fit. I believe it’s the size of the original Henry dovetail, which is larger than the new dovetail grooves. Andy made one up for me and it’s a tight fit, but it worked.

I figured I should mention that I ended up taking this Skinner peep sights off my Ithaca. Interestingly enough it was more accurate with the factory sights.
