Skorpion SMG's are BACK!!! IN-STOCK NOW!!! Only $999!!!

d:h:

So if you took off the folding stock, it now would be a prohib pistol due to it's 32acp caliber?

Classified as a rifle, therefore only restricted with 32acp, but a 10rd pistol mag in 32acp would be prohib? The 10rd pistol mag wouldn't fly. It wouldn't be illegal for one of us to own a 32acp pistol magazine, but once we put it in the rifle it would be illegal?
Is that the gist of it?

Anyone get a specific legal answer from the RCMP on that? d:h:

If you wanted to have a normal capacity magazine in .32 ACP, it would need to be for a manually operated carbine (bolt, pump, lever...).

Not that .32 ACP gains much velocity at all with longer barrels... In many cases, it loses velocity. http://www.ballisticsbytheinch.com/32auto.html

I too have joined the lucky few to get my hands on one. I eagerly await, within an hour of ordering I was updated with "Transfer Pending with CFO".. :)

Does anybody know anyplace around Calgary that might have the 32 acp ammo? It'll be around $45 to ship to AB a crate of the 600 rounds.. Possibly a necessary cost though with these rare-ish rounds.

I was told that all the Herron Arms cases are spoken for... at a last resort, might have to venture across the border.

Don't say things like that....you should know what happens if you get caught....you get pulled over on the American side and that nice new unfired Skorpion along with every thing else you have won't be yours any more...

My Skorp might be sitting in the safe for a while then... may have to look in buying a large quantity and start reloading.
