Yep, my local CTC just got in 10 of them and I looked at 4, they call them supergrade and to them it means non refurb and numbers matching, well, 3 out of the 4 were non refurb, a bit rough especially around the muzzle where the muzzle protector goes when cleaning! They were all matching so met their description( actually north sylvas) of what a super grade is. The fourth one was a refurb and I pointed that out to them. These will be posted for sale at $350.!!!! Needless to say,I will not be buying any of the super duper grade!Seems to be the going rate. "Refurb unissued" describes most of what is on the market. Refurbished but not issued after refurbishment. It's a generic refurb description. Like "supergrade" whatever that means. Or "hand selected". Meaningless sales terms that make the buyer think they're getting something special.
For those of you thinking of getting an sks from CTC, there will be a promo on the 20th of April where, every time you spend $200 or more you get a CTC card for $50. ,,, birch stock sks are $199. Now at my CTC and I have 4 put aside! You just make seperate purchases for every sks and get $50 back plus if you have a CTC card you get extra cash! Each sks will be about $145 plus tax!!!
I am not sure if the promo is local or country wide for the $50 promo card!
