SKS at S.I.R. - any comments?

I wonder if Cabelas, being american, will pass on all Chinese firearms (guessing the sks's were Norinco's or same origin)?

Being imported by Norinco I'd say not a chance in hell any retailer in the USA is going to risk their licences over importing them.

How is the customer service at Ellwood Epps? They are only offering a 30 day warranty on the SKS. I would prefer Marstar's one year policy but I don't think I can wait anymore.

Epps is out. I called this morning. I guess it's back to waiting for Marstar and the Norinco slowboat. Given John's solid customer service and warranty I don't mind.
