SKS bayonet lug question

I have a Russian Tula 1950 refurb and reading the id sticky mine has a later bayonet lug, would they replace the entire barrel or just the bayonet lug?
 
The front sight base is pinned on. No need to replace the barrel but I don't know where you could get another fsb.
(Bayonet lug is part of the fsb)

I was saying maybe the refurb process changed several things. Complete barrel rebuild? Just a front sight block change? Who knows. Refurb could have changed everything or nothing.

Whoops I got ahead of myself. I thought the op was asking if to change the bayonet lug would he need to change the barrel.
Your right if its been through refurb there's no knowing for sure.
