SKS bubba stock

Great job! I'd shoot it like you've put it together, if the epoxy doesn't hold it will be easy to disassemble and clean up for a re glue and extra bolt or screw. Let us know how it holds up.

VERY NICE !! :d Id just cut out a metal butt plate for it, I ended up carving out a stock for my SVT 40 doing it the hard way too lol PS : Your rifle really begs to have a POSP on it..... It would really complete the look ;)

Yeah, firing test still ahead :)

POSP would really be nice. May be one day :D

@warrenlikesboats - on your SVT/SVD (awesome build btw!) cheek rest - is it wood or leather?

Its a chunk of left over American Walnut (from the rest of the stock) shaped and screwed to the stock with one large stainless steel screw; and the top has fake black leather crazy glued to the walnut (so far after 2 years the glue is still holding up)..., works fine, offers a perfect cheek weld with the POSPs and is detachable in about 2 minutes... I did it that way because of the way I designed the stock. However considering your stock appears to actually follow the SVD pattern more, id suggest ordering an actual Tiger/SVD/airsoft cheek rest off ebay... that way you can remove it right away if needed.

@warren man.. judging by the price on ebay those cheeks apparently made of gold :D

@Shawn pull is just perfect for me (I'll post pic later with finger on the trigger *horror). My 11 yo son complains though - original stock size and pull was just perfect for him :D

I think I remember finding some on therebfor around 30-50 bucks.... Sounds reasonable to me considering Dragunov parts don't grow on trees lol.
