SKS Bullpup stock from CBRPS

Bullpup stocks are a prohibited device. An sks in a bullpup stock would still be non restricted as long as it met the overall length requirement, but you would be in possession of a prohibited device attached to the non restricted rifle. Just like a prohibited magazine in an AR15 doesn't make the AR15 prohibited.

The stock alone with no rifle in it would constitute possession of a prohibited device.

Understand the laws where made to prohibit all bullpups, however the liberal law writers ####ed themselves when they added the word stock into the law. If they would have said "all bullpups are prohibited" instead of "all bullpup stocks are are prohibited" we wouldn't have the Tavor, RFB, KSG, UTAS, T97NSR, FS2000, PS90, DTA SRS, LA K12 Puma, and others. Thank god un-knowledge-able ignorant law writers at least helped us in one area unintendedly.

Hey where did I hear that before??? Hahahaha. Deja vu to last Sunday hahaha.
