SKS bullpup

I really like to get a bullpup rifle. A Norinco T97? to complicated. A Tavor from IWI? to expensive. (3000$)
But I think that a I found an interesting way. A SKS bullpup kit. For 159$ it look great.
Does anyone heard about it?

Bullpup rifle maufactured as a bullpup = fun & legal
Bullpup stock = prohibited item, only used to commit crimes.
