That was what I wanted when I originally asked for information to back up what the first and second poster and so on were saying.
When most people ask for supporting info, they be given the info from the LAW and not from other peoples jiberish.
Question answered.

Strangely, many people are able to do their own research and don't demand they be handed the info on a platter.

hey everyone...
i gota say im sorry for snapping like that. a stressful day mixed with the search button repeatedly coming up with nothing.
i did try searching it but im new to how forums work and obviously couldn't figure it out.
also i shouldn't assume "intent" when reading things on line that seem blunt.

When searching, you need to go "advanced search" and then change the applicable time frame from "this week only" to last month, 3 months, year etc.
