SKS chamber rust - how to clean it?

Recently got a Chinese SKS, cleaned off the cosmoline and noticed there are rusts in the chamber:

Looks like some part of the chambered wasn't blued and it rusted. Is that normal? or I simply got a bad luck draw?? Also how would I clean it? I tried soaking that part with lots of gun cleaning oil for half an hour but I still couldn't brush the rust out with a bronze bore brush. Any specific gun oil I can use to remove the rust there?
 
Cleaning rod in a drill, and a 40 cal brush wrapped with lots of fine steel wool soaked in oil.

Shouldn't take too long, assuming that hasn't been like that for much time. Gotta clean those SKS's well when using corrosive.

What does the rest of the bore look like? :eek:
