Well it has a sks bolt that’s been modified but that’s about it . I wouldn’t call it anything close to a sks

This is a damn work or art, and all done on manual equipment! Beautiful! There are millions of these rifles still laying around. Reserve your outrage for sporterized and bubbarized Enfields.
