SKS-D fire pin

id like to know how floating the fire pin must be ive disassembly my SKS-D and im cheking the fire pin to see if it was stuck or something rusty to avoid slam fire and the fire pin is free floating and it goes forward and backward a bit but i could i know if its okay??? someone can help me?

Yes sounds fine to me. The reason is there is no spring to hold the pin back in the bolt.

yeah thats what i saw there is nothing to hold it back. the fire pin just float free in there eheh but it looks okay and it had been well owned by the last owner
