My buddy bought a D a year or so ago. He likes it, I prefer my regular. However, we have looked everywhere for grenade launching ammo. We figured out that the SKS-D will launch the standard pineapple grenade using an M-1 Garand grenade launcher attachment so he picked up one of those at the gun show. We just can't find out what ammo to use, or even any reference to what ammo we should use. We think it would be a blast to go to the range with a flash/bang in a pineapple and play with it.
Any thoughts related to the ammo, not to the advisability of playing with a grenade launcher?
