Regarding moregunsupply ........... been there done that & all I will say publicly is beware!!! I wouldn't. If you want more details PM me but seriously, why would you? He's banned for a reason!

This aiight if you poor and can only spend a few hunded on a junky gun. U need to get something better like m4 made in usa.

You've obviously never owned a Russian SKS. Dollar for dollar it's the best bang for the buck these days. They're cheap, ammo is cheap (for center fire) and there's lots of accessories available if that's the way you want to go. Sure there's more expensive stuff available but that doesn't mean the SKS isn't a quality piece. The Russian built ones can take amazing abuse and are very well machined & finished. The only junk SKS I've owned was a Norinco. Don't knock the SKS till you've tried it!

Yo da sks be uh great rifle fo' da money. every one should gots one, especially da russian model. it looks fine ass tight wiff da tapco stock an' will impress da beotches just like mammy.

Odd... I happened to get an SKS from moregunssupply.com and everything went smoothly. $450, shipping and tax included for a parkerized 1952 SKS and 1200 rounds. Not a bad deal?

I can tell you first hand that Ryan at SFRC is the guy to deal with. Great prices, great service...and if you have any issues or problems, he goes out of his way to make it right. He also sells some aftermarket stocks...call him and see what he has to offer.

If you order from More Gun Supply make sure you request to have a box for shipping.

The default shipping method is wrapping the gun in a plastic garbage bag and a little tape to seal it up.

What ever happened to that thread anyways? It was one of the most shocking things I have seen here that is for sure.
