Well, I just bought another SKS from him. It's a Russian, in good shape, and it came with 3 Tapco mags (instead of 2 mags and ammo) and a bunch of other NcStar stuff (bipod, tri-rail mount, scope). Needless to say the NcStar bipod is junky, but you get what you pay for.
I knew going in it was probably crap, but the price was very low and the 3 mags alone made the price fair considering the other stuff thrown into the deal.
I told him the bipod arrived without a spring and he offered me a free replacement, which is fair enough, but i didn't want to pay for shipping it back to him, so he offered me 5% off my next purchase. I think he's trying to do it right. I juts think people need to understand that a 10 dollar bipod will perform much like a 10 dollar bipod should: poorly.
