Just putting my SKS in the original stock from the Tapco, but there is a screw that blocks it from sitting back into the stock, just forward of the action. It only turns 1/4 turn each way and I can't remove it. I can tap it mostly into place with a hammer but it won't go all the way. The magazine also won't go in either. How must that screw be positioned? Flat side facing the bottom of the rifle? Never tried to put it in the original stock before and a little disappointed that its giving me so much grief....
