SKS Factory?

Can anyone tell me what factory this Chinese SKS is from? Also what are the chinese characters to the right?

From this chart, looks like it's factory 404:



The characters are 五六式; 五 (five), 六 (six), and 式 (type), or Type 56.

For the characters to the right, the first one appears to be a number five, the second one six, and no idea about the third. So if you read left to right it's five-six (something) and right to left it's (something) six-five.

I hope my parents don't know my handle on CGN, as they will be ashamed their 8-10 years of putting me through Chinese school amounted to only 66.6% recognition of characters, the ones that were recognized even a toddler would know as they are numbers.
