SKS front sight issue

Hi , I need some help/ideas on how to fix a front sight of the SKS. The cylinder is loose and if I push it hard enough with my finger it will slightly shift to the opposite site. Also after shooting about 40 rounds its tilting towards the front of the barrel so it has to be adjusted again after each shooting. If anyone ever encountered such issue please let me know how to fix it.Thanks.

You could dimple the drum, or add a small shim of aluminum or steel (from a can lid) or put some small weld spot to it.

Apply some Loctite bearing or shaft retaining compound available from most bearing shops.

What would be a reasonable asking price if I decide to sell it off? Typical refurb in good condition.
