Had the same problem, bro. Tried every trick I knew from working with metal most of my life.
Used a puller, heat, big hammer, hell, I even rigged up a 10 ton porta-power to no avail!!!
Ended up cutting the FSG off and re-crowning the bbl. Makes a sweet looking carbine with the Wartac rail.

What worked for me was to use WD-40 or gun oil after I removed the pins. So in front of and under the tube was well lubed. Then, in a padded vice or one with wooden teeth, I clamped down on the barrel end. Next I twisted back and forth so the oils would get more penetration as I added a bit more. (Be careful not to bend the barrel.) Doing this over and over while I started to pull got the tube most of the way off then I used a mid to small size bit of hard wood lumber like a chisel and hit the rear post with a large hammer. Didn't damage anything but the wood. I've since put the front sight back on after greasing up the barrel but had to use a wire brush to clean off all the paint and light rush hidden under the tube. Harder to hammer it back on than off in my case.
