SKS heavy barrel but strange grinding marks

So i took it back and the manager of the firearms looked at it and decided it wasnt safe. Went for a walk and said he would talk to store manager about possible exchange. Waltzed back a while later and brought out another sks. It looked like crap. I told him i hand selected this one and it looked the best and i wznt one of simular quality. He went and got another and told me it was his last one and they were not getting more in. It was a 55 well worn tula with some bbq paint.
I ask for store credit and he refused ssying he was bending the rules even replacing the gun. I told him i would just take mine back and he wouldnt let me, ssying it wasnt safe. I said its my gun and i am leaving with it. He said he could send it back to calgary and get his money back and so i told him i would wait then. Then he said he wouldnt get his money back because there military surplus. I told him i paid for a super grade and he said theres no definition of super grade. I walked out with my gun.

Super grade doesn't mean much anymore I bought one a while back and it was just above average nothing special.

I was in outdoor outfitters once looking at garmin gps and the ##### bdhind the counter wouldnt even show me a higher end garmin because she said i couldnt afford it. I was like how the hell do you know what i can afford? I walked out and swore that was my last time. Then a year later i was back in and found an awesome deal on a vortex scope. They got me one from the back and walked me up to the front to pay for it (like i was a thief and going to steal it). I never even looked at it till i got home and it wasnt the scope that i asked for. I drove all the way back and demanded the dorrect scope and they said they priced it wrong and i could buy it for full retail.
You know the super grade sks story so i am so done with those pricks. I am going to send head office an email telling them so and how i wont ever recomend there stire again.

I bought it from Outdoor Outfitters as a SUPERGRADE in January. I was messing with it this morning and noticed that. It does look like it was done to fit the crossbolt on the stock.

on the other thread you started you say it's wholesale sports you bought it from
which is it?

If you type in Wholesale sports outdoor outfitters the Wholesale sports we all know comes up. Technically not wrong but confusing because no one calls it that , we all say Wholesale sports or WSS and as you stated there is another outdoor outfitters I guess , shouldn't say ANOTHER but you know what I mean. This whole thread is weird really , never saw a SKS butchered like that particularly in that area.
Also that outdoor outfitters you referenced doesn't sell SKS and is in Hammond , Louisianna , doubt he bought one there.
