So I had recently done a magwedge mag adaptor to my sks and I took it to the range and when I get about 4-5 shots in the 10round mag drops out
How can I fix this so the mags stay in and don’t drop out

I had hi-cal install it for me
is it a magwedge adaptor?
Am I crazy? Is the maximum .magazine size for a rifle not 5 rounds??
Its been a while since I dealt with these but I think this is an issue of clearance in the stock around the mag well. How clean was your installation?
You are misinformed. If a 7.62x39 pistol exists (ie an XCR-L Micro) then magazines specifically designed for that pistol can legally hold 10 rounds, and if they happen to fit in other guns, well, there's nothing legally preventing their use in whatever they might fit in. Badly written laws result in loopholes.

O.K. I am not familiar with this, What mag would that be?, I can't think of one.
