SKS Marcus Mag Adapter

I just purchased a couple of sks's and Tapco mags. Was looking at the Markus mag adapter and slightly confused, mabey someone else know more. It appears thet he sells this adapter (true?)(Where do I get it?) Or is he simply using the duckbill from one of his mags? Any info would be great. thank.

Don't have one myself, but a quick google search revealed he sells it direct from his site. He also sells pre-modified Tapco mags as well.
