It looks like Zefarm only has 5/40... can you legally bring in mags from the US (Sksman)? or will he just pin them for you?

please dont recommend importing high cap mag from sksman cos he will not pin the mag.

I have some 5/20 tapco's for sale for $70 each, I know they are pricey but I had to go through a lot of hassle to legally get them.

Aren't 5/20's going for $15-20 in the US? As much as I would like some, $70 each is a little steep for what they are... If I could find a US dealer who would pin them for me would it be legal for him to send them to me?
