SKS Parkerizing

About to get an SKS as a project gun for the winter. I want to strip sand and stain the stock myself. I'd also like to get all the black metal either parkerized or nitron blackened through Arma-Coat. Has anyone done this to their SKS? Could anyone provide photos so I can compare? I'd love a durable long lasting finish that's as black as possible. Thanks.

Someone in a recently started thread just had their tikka done. And in his post he included pictures of two SKSs he got done a while back. Looked great. I can't find the thread though

Arma-coat is in alberta. Just north of edmonton iirc.
ATRS in calgary does CeraKote finishing too I believe

They are both russian laminates.
