SKS Parts Compatability

So I have an SKS-D in need of a major re-furbishing. Will parts from a common Russian SKS fit? More specifically, can I swap the receiver and stock of the D onto a Russian?

The receiver is slightly different so the notch on the front of the AK magazine will lock in.

The wood stock is different due to the bayonets.

The breech block is missing its lower "fins" on the D

So not a matter of just swapping parts then. Ok thanks, looks like I have some learning to do!
