Site sponsor Marstar (up top) has SKS parts, but they seem to be out of what you need.
Lever Arms has it, at a higher price than what Marstar would charge (but what can you do?).
From the U.S.A., there are sources like SKSMan or Liberty Tree Collectors who should have stuff like this. The usual parts stores (Numrich, Brownell's) probably don't have surplus Soviet SKS bits, but maybe I'm wrong.
