I didn't exactly measure the size of my groups, but they definitely tightened up when I borrowed an SKS with TS-100, over what I was getting from my stock irons. I'd definitely recommend the upgrade.
But spend the bit extra for the TS-200 and get their rear sight tool too. Hical on CGN in Mission, are importers and sellers.
Personally I think it is the best and only money you should spend on the SKS. It will greatly improve the grouping. Don't play with the rear adjustment. Adjust the front sight and you are good to go. I also put the smaller front post and it does help.
On this Tula '51 of mine, I also had Tom in Texas do the trigger job. Nothing else is needed.[/I]
The CZ peep is the complete "L" sight off a AR15. A screw through one of the peeps replaces the rivet usually found at the back of the dust cover. The open sight seen in one of the pictures has since been removed, so as to give me a better sight picture.

With this peep i can get the accuracy the rifle is capable of, even with the short sight radius of the 11.5" barreled carbine.
This was shot at 50 yards. IO don't think i would have done much better with a scope.
